Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or wealth management with a personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and mentoring advisors.
• Proven client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
