Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director with a proven financial advisory practice to lead and grow our team of experienced advisors. You will continue your own client work while building and guiding a high-performing group focused on service expansion and leadership development.

You will recruit, mentor, and empower others, fostering a culture of excellence, while leveraging the firm's long history and resources to shape future growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
