Job summary

J.S. Held is a global consulting firm seeking a Managing Director to oversee engagements from client meetings to deliverables and financial analyses. You will supervise Ocean Tomo and coordinate with the CEO and Business Unit Lead to drive high-quality advice for clients.

The role requires leading teams, managing complex assignments, and developing revenue growth strategies while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, accounting, business, or economics from a highly regarded program.
• CPA/CFA preferred; proven testifying or case management experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational turnaround management and financial restructuring engagements.
• Provide expertise in investment banking, valuation, litigation support, and asset disposition.
• Manage and lead teams of J.S. Held personnel; supervise Ocean Tomo integration.
• Interact with client teams, shareholders, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Produce deliverables and drive go-to-market strategies to grow revenue.
• Direct and review staff work; train and mentor junior professionals.
