We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and shape our real estate-focused project support initiatives, combining strategic leadership with hands-on financial analysis and property management.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor a team.
• Strong financial modeling, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate project management and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement financial models, cash flow forecasts, and investment strategies.
• Prepare investment memoranda and client presentations.
• Conduct due diligence for complex transactions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management and client stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Manage on-site property operations and drive process improvements.
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, and budget management.
• Contribute to development of internal processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
