Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or real estate management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor a team.
• Proficiency in financial modeling with Excel; strong business communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by client engagements.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support in real estate project management and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement financial models, cash flow forecasts, and investment strategies.
• Prepare investment memoranda, operational assessment reports, and client presentations.
• Conduct due diligence for complex transactions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management and client stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Manage on-site property operations and optimize efficiencies.
• Drive process improvements and oversight across projects.
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, and budget management.
• Contribute to development of internal processes.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
