Job summary

J.S. Held is seeking a senior leader to drive operational turnaround management and financial restructuring engagements from its US operations. You will lead teams of professionals, engage with clients and stakeholders, and oversee multi‑project programs in demanding environments.

In addition to deep restructuring expertise, the role requires mentoring junior staff and expanding business within legal, lending, and investor communities. A strong track record of delivering results is essential.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in turnaround and restructuring or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy, lending, and M&A markets.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects concurrently.
