Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in turnaround and restructuring or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy, lending, and M&A markets.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational turnaround management and financial restructuring engagements.
• Manage and lead teams of J.S. Held personnel and interact with clients, shareholders, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Drive business development efforts within legal, lending, and investor communities.
