Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or business or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of Real Estate Valuation or Consulting experience.
• MAI designation in progress and/or CGA/RA license desirable.
• Strong financial analysis skills and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate valuation and advisory engagements and manage engagements.
• Develop business through internal and external channels and manage staff.
• Prepare valuations using discounted cash flows, direct capitalization and other methods.
• Support marketing collateral and client relationship development.
