Job Description

Norric is seeking a mission-driven Managing Director of Private Equity to lead our initiatives across the private equity landscape, with a particular focus on secondary markets. This executive will help drive the strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution of digital infrastructure supporting private equity transactions—ranging from LP secondaries to GP-led deals, co-investments, and fund structuring.

As an early-stage company focused on modernizing private market workflows, we are looking for a strategic operator who brings deep expertise across private equity deal lifecycles and a strong grasp of operational inefficiencies, pricing opacity, and data fragmentation that challenge the asset class today.

Responsibilities

• Drive Norric’s private markets strategy with a focus on secondaries, fund structuring, NAV-based transactions, and co-investment execution
• Translate institutional pain points—across legal, operational, and liquidity workflows—into actionable product development priorities
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with GPs, LPs, fund administrators, placement agents, and secondary market intermediaries
• Guide the buildout of platform infrastructure to support valuation transparency, transaction standardization, and capital deployment at scale
• Act as a senior representative of Norric in conversations with institutional clients, capital partners, and financial sponsors—helping to position the firm as a category-defining leader in private market infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private equity, with exposure to secondaries, fund-of-funds, or private capital markets
• Strong knowledge of LP portfolio sales, GP-led restructurings, and co-investment structures
• Existing network across private equity sponsors, secondary buyers, and allocators
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to modernize legacy infrastructure in private markets
