Private Capital Advisory, Director or Managing Director
We are seeking an experienced Secondaries Banker to join our Private Capital Advisory team as a director or managing director reporting to the Head of the Private Capital Advisory group. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping drive business growth, cultivating client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to our clients. The two business lines within CastleOak Private Capital Advisory (PCA) are Secondaries Advisory and Fundraising for Private Funds. CastleOak aims to become a leading secondaries advisor by focusing on providing strategic advisory services to sponsors across a variety of portfolio and fund management objectives, advising limited and general partners on liquidity solutions for their portfolios, and being an intermediary for innovative capital and liquidity solutions for private markets issuers and investors. The ideal candidate will have 4 plus years of experience as a Secondaries Banker, have executed numerous GP-Led and or LP-Led transactions, and possess a healthy rolodex of GP relationships.
Candidates for the position must possess prior experience in secondaries advisory. Experience in other investment banking disciplines prior to secondaries advisory is a plus. The job requires the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints, interact effectively with clients, and drive strategic outcomes.
