Managing Director

This is not another Managing Director role. This is a call to build the future of investment banking.

WHY

The auction process is broken.

For decades, sellers of middle-market companies were told they needed to endure slow, expensive, and conflict-laden auction processes — because that was the “industry standard.” One in three buyers opt out of auctions entirely. The result? Fewer buyers, longer timelines, lower value.

We believed there had to be a better way.

We’ve now layered artificial intelligence into our model. We’ve retooled the workflow, rebuilt the funnel, and we’re arming our MDs with tools and processes no one else in the industry has.

WHAT

We’re hiring an exceptional Managing Director to join our elite team of former CEOs, operators, investment bankers, and dealmakers.

This is a remote, high-performance, entrepreneurial role with no salary — but massive upside. You will be trained in the use of Sniper Process, equipped with AI tools, and supported by teammates committed to your success.

You will lead your own path, with the full backing of an engine built for velocity.

WHO

We’re looking for those rare individuals who are both strategic and relentless.

People who:

  • Have led companies or divisions, closed deals, raised capital, or bought/sold businesses
  • Can sit across from an owner or CEO and speak their language
  • Understand the M&A process and see its flaws
  • Are not afraid of AI, but curious to use it as a superpower
  • Don’t want a desk or a boss — they want a mission and a machine

We don’t care if you’ve spent your life in private equity, corporate strategy, banking, or building your own company. We care that you’re driven, ethical, highly capable, and done settling for “standard.”

Typical deal sizes: $10MM–$200MM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and originate M&A opportunities that fit our criteria (we’ll show you several proven strategies)
  • Execute Sniper Process engagements with support from other MDs
  • Engage directly with business owners, executives, and buyers
  • Collaborate across deals originated by others (we are a team-first culture)
  • Build strategic relationships with channel partners (law firms, CPAs, banks, fractional CFOs, etc.)
  • Learn and use our proprietary systems including AI tools and CRM

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior-level experience in investment banking, private equity, executive leadership, and/or entrepreneurship
  • Deep understanding of middle-market businesses and M&A
  • Proven ability to connect with company owners and articulate value
  • Strong analytical skills — you understand businesses quickly and clearly
  • Willingness to learn and use AI to enhance performance
  • Excellent communicator, confident, trustworthy, and authentic

COMPENSATION

  • No salary
  • Uncapped earnings
  • Sniper Process enables MDs to close more deals, faster, and earn higher fees
  • You earn a large percentage of every deal you close, plus team bonuses
  • Leadership and equity opportunities available as we scale
