About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious boutique investment bank, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead deal origination and execution within the Healthcare sector. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited for a senior professional with a deep network across all Healthcare subsectors, including Services, Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech & Healthcare IT. You will be responsible for driving growth and managing client relationships, while leading complex transactions end-to-end. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with a track record of producing $3M+ annually in revenue. This is a remote role with flexibility, though candidates must be able to travel to Chicago when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and lead M&A, capital markets & strategic advisory transactions across healthcare subsectors.
• Develop and maintain C-level client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead deal teams from pitch to close, ensuring execution excellence.
• Mentor and manage junior team members and contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across global offices to leverage cross-border deal flow and insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record generating $3M+ in annual revenue from healthcare investment banking.
• Minimum 10 years of investment banking experience, with at least 5 years at the MD level.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Must hold FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
