Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead a growing team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client practice. You will recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance culture, leveraging the firm’s long history and strong brand to drive growth.

You will balance leadership duties with hands-on advisory work, guiding career development and strategic objectives for the team, and shaping WealthBridge’s path forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
