Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow a team of experienced financial advisors while maintaining your own client practice. You will recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, shaping the firm’s long-term growth and strategy.

You’ll have support and an established brand, enabling you to scale your practice and lead with a vision that matches WealthBridge’s legacy and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
