WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead a high-performing advisory team while maintaining an active client practice. You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, shaping the firm’s growth and culture with a focus on long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors focused on elevating practices.
• Continue your own client work while expanding the firm’s client base.
• Recruit and mentor fellow advisors to foster a high-performance culture.
