Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead a growing team of financial advisors while continuing your own client work. You will recruit, mentor, and shape a high-performance culture focused on strategic growth in a firm with a long history and strong brand.

You will balance leadership duties with hands-on client development, aiming to scale practices and guide a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Certified Financial Planner preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
