WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director who has a proven track record as a financial advisor and a desire to lead. You will continue your own client work while building and leading a team of experienced advisors to elevate practices.

The role emphasizes mentoring, developing a high-performance culture, and shaping the firm's growth strategy, with the support of a firm with deep history and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
