You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and shaping the firm’s future growth with the support and brand strength of a historic firm.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership and client-focused growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Proven success in client development and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
