WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow a team of experienced financial advisors in Colorado. You will balance continuing your own client work with recruiting, mentoring, and shaping a high-performance culture aligned with the firm's long-term vision.

This role leverages WealthBridge's 175+ years of history, brand strength, and support infrastructure to expand practice, attract top talent, and drive strategic growth across the advisory platform while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
