WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow a high-performing team of financial advisors in Aurora, Colorado. You will continue your own client work while recruiting, mentoring, and developing others, shaping a culture of excellence and long-term growth.

With the support and brand strength of a firm with deep history, this leadership role offers strategic influence, collaboration with senior leadership, and the freedom to evolve your practice while driving

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
