Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This leader will build and guide a team of experienced advisors while continuing to manage personal client relationships.

You'll recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance culture, leveraging the firm's 175 years of history and solid brand strength to drive growth and elevate practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
