Job summary

Xponential Fitness is seeking a Managing Director for the BFT brand to drive strategic growth, optimize performance, and strengthen franchisee relationships across the network. This role requires translating priorities into actionable plans and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in studio economics and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or consumer service businesses.
• Proven experience leading brand strategy and/or operational performance initiatives.
• Experience working within franchise or multi-location systems.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction for the BFT brand.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for growth, innovation, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue streams and strengthen brand differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Operations, Training, Technology, Analytics, and Development.
• Partner with franchise owners and advisory councils to prioritize initiatives.
• Translate strategy into initiatives with milestones and timelines.
