Position Overview

As a Franchise Business Partner & Co-Owner, you will be a core leader responsible for accelerating studio growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring overall business success. Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client experience.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and increase business valuation.

Growth & Expansion

• Identify and leverage new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven business practices and innovation.
• Co-manage studio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-sharing initiatives.
• Optimize resource allocation and monitor key performance indicators to ensure fiscal health.

Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement long-term growth strategies.
• Participate in performance evaluations and strategic planning sessions to drive success.
