Purpose Brands LLC is seeking a Senior Director of International Franchise Development to lead strategic growth across global markets. You will design playbooks, drive pipeline, and partner with Brand Presidents to shape international expansion for Orangetheory Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive multi-year strategy defining the roadmap for execution for international franchise expansion.
• Establish a clear framework for the international sales process, from lead generation to grand openings.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and evaluate potential international franchise opportunities in key markets.
• Lead market research to identify target demographics, competitive landscapes, and trends for franchise development.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective partners, developers, and stakeholders to promote brand opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and marketing to develop models, agreements, and support systems for international markets.
• Lead negotiation and execution of franchise and master franchise agreements with qualified operators and investors.
• Prepare reports and presentations on activities, performance, and growth opportunities for senior leadership.
