Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consulting Client Industry Portfolio Leader to drive growth and delivery for the North Central Market from our Minneapolis area. You’ll lead client engagements, manage a $30m+ book, and partner with clients to deliver transformational results, with a strong emphasis on staffing, governance, and outcomes.

You’ll work closely with clients in person, manage teams of consultants, and steer deals from win to delivery across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 20 years’ experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project in a professional services or consulting setting.
• Proven experience with complex account management across large enterprise organizations.
• Experience leading transformational programs combining people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build strategies to target and develop business with existing and new clients across portfolios.
• Partner with clients to solve problems and deliver value beyond the obvious.
• Manage a multi-million dollar book of business.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction across multiple engagements.
• Lead pursuit teams and drive deals through close.
• Steer engagements and project teams delivering complex solutions.
• Provide internal updates on account activities and results.
