Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Managing Director, AI Solutions Architecture to lead as the senior technical authority for AI services. You will diagnose readiness, translate findings into scoped roadmaps, and personally ship initial client builds while scaling the engineering team.

You will define delivery standards, own platform depth across Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, Cowork and MCP integration, and lead a Delivery Pod of AI engineers to production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across solutions architecture, engineering leadership, or applied AI.
• 3+ years client-facing or pre-sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessor on readiness diagnostics: data, architecture, tooling, and security scans.
• Translate findings into buildable roadmaps and priced statements of work.
• Design and ship early client builds: agents, workflow automation, data products.
• Define the practice's technical delivery method and deployment standards.
• Own the platform depth across Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, Cowork, MCP integration.
• Build and lead Delivery Pod: hire and coach AI/data engineers; ensure quality.
