Job summary

InRhythm is seeking an AI Practice Director to architect intelligent, agent-driven applications and scale AI infrastructure for enterprise clients. You will lead the Claude AI practice, collaborate with executives, and codify delivery methodologies that power our Foundry service offering.

You will drive pre-sales, SOW development, and delivery as a SME in Generative AI, while mentoring a community of AI Architects and representing the company at Anthropic and industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology including AI/ML architecture and cloud-based patterns.
• Experience leading AI transformation for enterprises and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to guide multi-team delivery and pre-sales discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as InRhythm's Field CTO, guiding client conversations and AI readiness.
• Champion and expand the Claude AI practice with Anthropic partnership.
• Co-create and evolve AI DLC delivery methodology for scalable AI projects.
• Architect LLM-integrated cloud apps on AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI with teams.
• Lead enterprise AI readiness assessments and solution architecture engagements.
• Define AI-driven features into executable delivery plans.
• Represent InRhythm at industry events and build the AI thought-leader brand.
