Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI Solutions & Engineering Director to define the technical vision, standards, and delivery model for enterprise AI. You will advise C-suite leaders, shape the market narrative for AI engineering, and build a high-performing organization capable of selling and delivering AI programs globally.

You will lead the AI engineering practice, set delivery methodology, and own technical scope while ensuring strong governance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture or AI engineering
• Proven experience building and leading consulting capabilities
• Deep technical credibility with C-suite and CTO-level buyers
• Track record of sustained revenue growth and market leadership
• Recognized authority in enterprise AI architecture and engineering

Responsibilities

• Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practice
• Sell, shape, and deliver large-scale, multi-year AI programs, owning technical scope, commercial outcomes, and delivery quality
• Own technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence is the core differentiator
• Set the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forums
• Build, scale, and retain a high-performing AI engineering organization, including senior technical leaders
