Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an AI Solutions & Engineering Director to lead the technical vision and delivery for enterprise AI. You will advise C-suite and CTO-level leaders, shape the market narrative for AI engineering, and build a high-performing organization capable of delivering AI programs globally.

You will define standards, sell multi-year programs, own complex portfolios, and drive governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices while growing revenue and ensuring top-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core AI and generative AI concepts.
• Experience applying AI-enabled approaches to enterprise transformation.
• Collaboration across strategy, technology, data and design with governance and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practice.
• Sell, shape, and deliver large-scale AI programs, owning technical scope, commercial outcomes, and delivery quality.
• Own technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence differentiates.
• Set the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forums.
• Build, scale, and retain a high-performing AI engineering organization, including senior technical leaders.
