WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven financial advisor stepping into a strategic Managing Director, Advisor Growth. You will lead growth by expanding your practice while building and guiding a team of experienced advisors.

You’ll recruit, mentor, and shape a high‑performance culture, leveraging the firm’s 175‑year history and strong brand to scale client relationships and drive long‑term value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated leadership and client development capability.
