WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to lead and scale a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing personal client work. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and strategic growth within a firm with a long history and strong brand.

The candidate should have a proven track record in client development, practice growth, and team leadership, with licensure as Life and Health and preferred FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
