You will recruit, mentor, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the firm's future growth. The role leverages the firm’s long history and strong brand while allowing you to expand your practice with your own leadership vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
