This role emphasizes recruitment, mentoring, and building a high-performance culture to drive the firm’s future success and expand its advisory practice nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
