Your role and responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will be a client-facing expert responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions to complex business problems, utilizing the SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. Your projects will involve integrating strategy, processes, technology, and information to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability and shareholder value. You will participate in business development and proposal activities. This role offers opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, take on challenges, and deepen industry knowledge. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that prioritize simplicity, scalability, and maintainability to meet client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing SAP consulting teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality deliverables.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Engaging in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging SAP functional expertise and industry best practices with the latest technologies.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP Configuration Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning, including 3-5 end-to-end implementations as a Consultant or Solution Architect.

• Process Knowledge: Multiple SAP certifications and expertise across various modules, especially Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing, with the ability to integrate them into end-to-end solutions.

• S/4HANA Proficiency: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.

• Leadership & Project Management: Skills in project planning, resource management, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• AI & Cybersecurity: Knowledge of AI models' application in SAP and understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with Cloud Platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
