Your role and responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing expert responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to solve complex business problems using SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. Your projects will focus on integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase shareholder value. You will participate in business development and proposal activities. Opportunities include acquiring new skills, working across disciplines, and gaining industry insights. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable to meet client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Engaging in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP expertise and latest technologies with industry best practices.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Hands-on SAP Configuration experience, including 3-5 end-to-end implementations in Production Planning as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications with expertise in SAP modules, especially Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing, capable of integrating modules for end-to-end solutions.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Project management skills, including planning, resource management, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Knowledge of AI models, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles relevant to SAP implementations.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP, and experience with Agile methodologies.
