Your role and responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will be a client-facing expert responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges, with a strong understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. Your projects will focus on integrating strategy, processes, technology, and information to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase shareholder value. You will participate in business development and proposal activities. You will have opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, face new challenges, and deepen industry knowledge. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable, aligned with client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing SAP consulting teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Developing strategies and implementing solutions, leveraging your SAP expertise and the latest technologies, applying industry best practices.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise, with 3-5 end-to-end implementations in Production Planning, either as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and deep knowledge of SAP modules, especially Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing, with the ability to integrate modules for end-to-end solutions.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Knowledge of AI applications in SAP and cybersecurity/data privacy principles.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
