Your role and responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing professional responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to solve complex business challenges using SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. Your projects will involve integrating strategy, processes, technology, and information to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposals. This role offers opportunities to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, face new challenges, and gain industry insights. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable, aligned with client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Developing strategies and implementing solutions by leveraging your SAP expertise and working with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP Configuration: Hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning, including 3-5 end-to-end implementations as a Consultant or Solution Architect.

• SAP Process Knowledge: Multiple SAP certifications and expertise across various modules, especially Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing, with the ability to integrate them into comprehensive solutions.

• SAP S/4HANA: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.

• Leadership & Project Management: Skills in project planning, resource management, and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery meeting quality standards.

• AI & Cybersecurity: Familiarity with AI models, their use in SAP implementations, and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with Cloud Platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
