Your role and responsibilities

This position is for a Finance Transformation Senior Managing Consultant responsible for delivering SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. The individual will lead project teams, contribute as an individual, develop proposals, ensure quality in team delivery, demonstrate thought leadership, maintain team utilization, and drive revenue growth on projects.

The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and/or Central Finance. Responsibilities include leading practitioners in developing and maintaining configuration and functional design documents, supporting role-based profile changes, and advising client executives on the benefits of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and SAP Central Finance within broader Finance Transformation initiatives.

This role is flexible and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep expertise in SAP FI-CO with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations as Lead Consultant, Project Manager, or Solution Architect;
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance implementation or migration, including other FP&A products like OneStream;
• Proven experience in solution architecture or leading SAP S/4 HANA and Central Finance projects;
• Ability to coordinate contributions across project teams, business functions, and service providers to achieve project objectives;
• Leadership skills to inspire and develop high-performing project teams across various work streams;
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate effective project delivery.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Thought leadership in SAP Financials FI, CO, S/4 HANA Finance, and Central Finance, demonstrated through whitepapers, presentations, or industry participation;
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance roadmap, including software versions and innovations;
• Familiarity with SAP complementary tools such as BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass, among others;
• Eagerness to stay updated with upcoming SAP S/4HANA Finance changes and to grow expertise in financial technologies.
