Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Managing SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing expert responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating to solve complex business problems with a deep understanding of SAP and the Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. Your projects will involve integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposals. Opportunities for skill development, cross-disciplinary work, and industry insights will be available. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable, aligned with client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing SAP consulting teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Engaging in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP expertise and the latest industry best practices.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Hands-on SAP Configuration experience with at least 3-5 end-to-end implementations in Production Planning as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and expertise across various SAP modules, especially in Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing processes.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with quality standards.
• Familiarity with AI models, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles, particularly in SAP contexts.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with project management practices.
