Your Role And Responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing offerings with deep understanding of SAP systems. You will act as a trusted business advisor, collaborating to provide innovative solutions for challenging business problems, utilizing SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. Opportunities include acquiring new skills, working across disciplines, and developing industry expertise. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that meet client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing SAP consulting teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involving in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging SAP functional expertise and latest technologies.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise, with 5-7 end-to-end implementations in SAP Production Planning, either as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and expertise across SAP modules, especially in Production Planning and Contract Manufacturing processes.
• Experience designing and testing integrations with CMO, MES, and LIMS systems.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Leadership and project management skills, including planning, resource management, and delivery within scope and budget.
• Familiarity with AI models, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles.

Additional Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
