Job summary

In this role, you will ensure service excellence, maintain strong client relationships, drive team performance, and support the operational success of our growing U.S. business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone experienced in contract delivery, team management, and client operations within recruitment, MSP, RPO, or technology‑driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support U.S. contract delivery teams.
• Manage team performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
