This role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced insurance environment, supporting long‑term relationships with clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of growing an insurance book of business.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Experience with agency management software.
• Mentor junior agents or manage a small team.
• Excellent verbal negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts from outreach to portfolio management.
• Analyze policy structures to identify coverage gaps and offer proactive solutions.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events in Reading.
• Coach and support junior staff to foster a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex renewal negotiations, ensuring client needs remain the priority while maintaining agency profitability.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and policy modifications.
