Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our York office insurance branch.
Identify and cultivate new business relationships within the York community to grow our client base.
Lead and mentor staff, ensuring everyone feels supported and equipped to provide exceptional service.
Review existing policies and conduct regular risk assessments to ensure clients have adequate protection.
Maintain strong compliance standards while finding creative ways to streamline our internal workflows.
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to refine our sales processes and market outreach.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or lead generation.
Demonstrated history of hitting growth targets and maintaining high client retention.
Solid understanding of risk assessment and local coverage nuances.
Strong proficiency in digital office tools and agency management software.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
