Oversee and grow your own portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts.
Identify local businesses and residents who need help navigating complex risk management.
Guide clients through the selection process, ensuring they have the right coverage for their specific needs.
Monitor policy renewals and proactively adjust plans as client circumstances evolve.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy is issued accurately and on time.
Participate in local community events to build our brand presence within the New Britain area.
Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a book of business.
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard quoting software.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
