The Atlantic District in Middletown, CT is seeking a Lead Insurance Agent to own growth, direct daily sales operations, and mentor junior staff. You will drive local outreach to connect with business owners and families, and oversee renewals to ensure robust coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Connecticut.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing personal or commercial lines.
• Strong comfort level with consultative sales and public speaking.
• Technical proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Deep knowledge of local market trends within the Middlesex County region.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading small groups of staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day sales operations to meet growth targets while maintaining high quality standards.
