Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of insurance industry experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a book of business independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Leadership or mentoring junior staff a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the East Brady community.
• Analyze potential clients' risk profiles to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage as their lives evolve.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events and participate in regional community networking.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for sales and client service.
• Ensure all policy documentation and internal reporting is accurate and compliant with state regulations.
