Tower Loan invites motivated individuals to join its Manager Development Program in Montgomery, AL, as a Manager Trainee. You will rotate through customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, gaining hands-on leadership experience with a clear path to management.

In 10–12 months, you’ll build relationships with customers, learn how to manage staff, and contribute to meeting office goals while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
