84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee in a full-time role with competitive pay at $16/hr plus 8–10 hrs of overtime and monthly sales incentives. This program trains you across store operations with the goal of promoting to management within 6–12 months, with opportunities for advancement to General Manager within 3–4 years.

No experience is required to begin your career; dedication and willingness to learn will be supported with structured training plans, classroom, online, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included)

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred)
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
