84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee in a full-time, entry-level role designed to train you for a leadership position in our retail stores. You will rotate through Sales, Operations, Blueprint reading, and estimations, with structured learning and on-the-job coaching.

No experience is required to start, and a clear path to management exists, with potential promotion within 6–12 months and relocation opportunities as positions open.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training across store operations and leadership paths.
• Learn sales, inventory, blueprints, and estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (training provided).
• Interpreting financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
