84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee to start a full-time, entry-level leadership track. You will receive hands-on training across store operations and sales, with a path toward management within a few years and promotions based on performance and availability.

No experience is required to begin your career, and the program offers clear milestones for advancement, including potential pay increases and relocation opportunities as you progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems handling.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency development.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints.
